Our Founders

LEWIS HOWARD

Lewis is co-CEO of BRAE. He designs and delivers transformation initiatives. Prior to founding BRAE, he spent 17 years working in large multinational companies, most recently as Head of Sustainability at a large pharmaceutical company. His career has spanned sustainability, corporate finance, strategy, transformation, supply chain, and value chain innovation.

SUZY GLASS

Suzy is co-CEO of BRAE. She designs and leads high-impact, cross-sector collaborations that tackle complex sustainability challenges, particularly in the built environment and financial sectors. With a background in the creative industries, she brings a design-led approach to strategic convening, helping organisations navigate transition, unlock innovation, and deliver practical change.

JAMES MACPHERSON

James delivers research with a focus on sustainable business transformation, industry transition, and environmental science. Prior to founding BRAE, he worked for a number of sustainability organisations, focussing on business transformation, climate and natural capital data systems, strategy, and risk analysis.
